At the heart of our business is a simple belief: every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and cared for — just like family.
Our journey began in 2015 with Be Happy Dog Walking in Toowoomba. We provided trusted pet care services including holiday visits, dog walking, basic grooming, pet transport, pet first aid, and basic training and dog behaviour guidance.
What started as a passion quickly became a thriving small business, but due to unforeseen circumstances life brought me back home to Dalby — a season that deepened my appreciation for care, responsibility, and community.
Since then, life has grown in beautiful ways. I’ve married my wonderful husband, become a mum, and built a home here in Dalby. Now, I’m excited to return to something I’ve always loved — caring for animals and supporting the people who love them.
Animals have always been part of my life. I grew up around dogs, cats, birds, and small pets, and over the years I’ve gained experience across many industries — including financial services, signage, graphic design, banking, agriculture, bookkeeping and administration. Those experiences have shaped the way I run this business: with professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and genuine care.
As a small family-focused business, we’re intentionally growing slowly and thoughtfully. While not all previous services are available just yet, the experience, knowledge, and passion are all here. If there’s something specific you need, please feel free to ask.
Most importantly, we understand the trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. That’s why every visit is approached with patience, compassion, and personalised attention — because to us, pets truly are family.
